Lost Children: You can collect lost children at the information stand. They will be rounded up and herded into a corral for safekeeping. Please take your own child and not one that is prettier or looks more intelligent.
Lost Property: Lost property can be collected at the information stand. Please report any thefts to the security officials on duty. All festival goers attend the festival at their own risk. The event organisers and all affiliated sponsors will not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
Waste Management
Eco-conscious waste management is one of RTD’s main priorities and it is our mission to host a clean, green festival but there are a couple of things you can do to respect the environment while enjoying your weekend with us:
Leave no trace: If you pack it in, pack it out. In fact help out the environment and take any waste you find, whether its yours or not, with you. Be considerate of other visitors, this is a party and we are all here to have a good time but protect the quality of their experience too. So don’t steal your neighbour’s camping chair or fall asleep in their tent. Cloof Wine Estate works very hard at contributing to the natural growth of indigenous fauna and flora. So admiring the daisies is one thing, picking them is another, no he-loves-me, he-loves-me-not-ing please.
