Rocking the CCLA’s

We are very excited to be entering the Climate Change Leadership Awards for the third year in a row!

The CCLA are the first awards in South Africa, and Africa, that recognize, reward, motivate and celebrate businesses, communities, youth, schools and individuals that are taking the lead through positive voluntary action by implementing a range of activities to combat global warming. The CCLA contribute significantly to inspiring and promoting awareness and action towards a low carbon economy, and thus a healthier society and a more sustainable planet. Now you can be rewarded for your efforts in saving our planet.

Thank you Daisies

From us here at RTD headquarters we would like to say the biggest and most genuine thank you possible. To our immediate crew, thank you for slaving away for days before the event and then grafting during the hottest of hot days into the wee hours of the night. Your hard work reflects directly on the success of the event! To our many gracious sponsors, thank you for trusting in us and having the faith to put your brands in our hands :) The feedback that we have received is nothing but the most amazing positive reviews and we know that without you, the festival would not have been possible (one final big up to 5 GUM! You guys are just awesome). To all the traders and restaurants, you are the face of the festival and help make it the awesome vibe that it is, thank you! And lastly to every single person that came to the festival. Your positive energy and unrelenting determination to have a good time has made this festival a weekend we will never forget! We will now be getting the days of sleep that we have missed out on for the last 8 months, but before you know it we will be back on the horse preparing to blow everyone away at Rocking the Daisies 2012! See you all there :)
